I stayed at this place on July 4th. It was peaceful and pleasant. We called in advance and they kindly accommodated our request to place a late food order for Sunday dinner, which was delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back again.
I have stayed in this pub's car park once a month for the past four months. Although I was initially worried as a single female, everything was perfectly fine. I felt secure in my van, and the landlady assured me that she and her family lived on the premises and were available if I needed assistance. The food at the pub was delicious, especially their generous portions of various pies. Surprisingly, I didn't notice any traffic noise during my stay.
