There is a beautiful lake with a café and a play area for children. All vehicles, except larger ones, can park at the back of the shaded car park. Toilets are available during the day. It is possible to spend the night without any trouble, and there are some people walking their dogs in the evening. However, there might be some noise from the main road nearby.

Stayed for two nights in a conveniently located area surrounded by greenery. The site offers amenities such as a water tap for refilling bottles and a large parking area with flat, tarmac ground. The 4G signal is excellent and there is a cafe operating from 10:30 AM to 4 PM, serving hot food. The only downsides are the noise from passing road traffic and the high number of cars entering and leaving the site. Despite this, it is a safe option for those seeking free parking and a natural setting while visiting Glasgow.

We found a spacious and free car park that was ideal for our 6-person motorhome. The area had plenty of bins, and it was peaceful after 10pm. In the morning, we enjoyed a beautiful view of the nearby lake.
