There is a convenient and spacious area near the monastery where large motorhomes, up to 7.5 meters in length, can park on gravel. The spot offers a beautiful view and amenities such as toilets and water pipes are available at the monastery.
This location offers a great view of meteors. There is a clean water point and toilet facilities located just behind the monastery. It is a beautiful place worth preserving. We were fortunate enough to see some land turtles during our visit. Truly, there are some truly magical natural spots.
Unfortunately, a camper emptied their toilet on the campsite. The area now smells strongly of waste and chemicals, and there is toilet paper scattered all around. It is disheartening to see such behavior.
