The gas station site with an attached bistro offers 4 parking spaces. In addition, there are showers and facilities for supplies and disposal. The pitches are currently being constructed and provide a beautiful view of the Harz foothills and the Brocken mountain.
This parking spot is perfect for a safe overnight rest. You can definitely take your dog for a walk here, just make sure to keep them on a leash. The staff is very nice and friendly! The toilets are very clean. The area around the motorhome park is not "perfectly" clean, but that might be because of careless customers who throw their cigarette butts everywhere.
We chose this parking spot because it offers a stunning view of the Brocken. The spot has all the amenities as advertised. We should have some understanding for the operators as this place is still under construction and more beautiful spaces will be created over time. We will definitely come back. We stayed here from March 16th to March 19th, 2023.
