Our location is Chao do Monte, a small flat area situated 360m above sea level. This is an important junction where the road leading to the sanctuary of San Andrés de Teixido passes through. In addition, there is a small relaxation area with some tables. It is a convenient spot to take a break and explore the nearby town, which is less than 1 km away on foot.
This place has tables in a beautiful setting. It is located next to the road, although there is very little traffic at night. It offers great views and is only 1km away from San Andrés de Teixidó. In the morning, you are greeted by cows, bulls, and horses in the area.
The night was very peaceful, with snack bars close by. We woke up to the sight of horses and cows near San Andres de Teixido.
