There is a small parking lot by the road that has several fireplaces. We were greeted by friendly older dogs in a calm environment. If you need freshwater, it is just a short distance away down the road.
There is a spacious parking area by the road with a lovely view of Arena Platoș Păltiniș. We visited in December and found it to be peaceful with no other cars in sight. Additionally, there is a nearby water spring, which is also marked on Google maps.
This place is good for a night stay. It is quiet during the night. The only downside is that the bed isn't completely flat.
