This location is close to the Picos but outside the national park. The road is suitable for vehicles with good ground clearance. There is a natural monument, Los Tejos, that offers hiking opportunities. There are also several parking areas along the route, leading to a radio mast further up.
This location is beautiful but not very quiet. An all-wheel drive vehicle is helpful for access, but not essential in dry conditions. Good ground clearance and low range are important. A 12-ton motorhome with a height of 3.7 meters and a wheelbase of 3.6 meters can have difficulties at the bridge and curves.
The location offers stunning views but has challenging access. The route includes a narrow concrete road and a tight bridge, followed by a steep, winding dirt track. It's recommended for 4x4 vehicles only. Cell service is available.
