This layby is spacious and has two water taps and a toilet, although the toilet may not be in the best condition. Although there is some litter, it is generally cleaner and quieter compared to another layby closer to Velingrad, located 5 miles away. Additionally, it is shared with a local truck, which adds a sense of security.
This rest area is big and has a restroom and two water fountains. Although we didn't use the restroom, we can't provide feedback on it. The water seems to be of good quality, as we saw many locals stopping to fill up their bottles. We also refilled our bottles and drank the water without any issues.
